Before 4 November election day, I wrote an article about how Sarah Palin would handle the stress when he became Vice President. I reported on the research of Gary Cooper in stress management and politicians. Within six months were the political reporting high stress levels. Symptoms of stress include loss of confidence, sleep problems, eating and drinking too much, feeling constantly under pressure and show the increasing lack of motivation.
Sarah does not have these problems at national level as she and John McCain were elected. However, it remains the Governor of Alaska and has to return to the heady atmosphere of national and international recognition and a frantic campaign. Many people were extremely impressed by their energy and enthusiasm as a campaign. Part of his role was to be a critic of the Democrats, a role that could create additional stress for her in the attempt to recover nonpartisan form of government in Alaska.
No doubt there will be tensions in terms of accommodating the small scale of government in Alaska. It will also have to face the resentment of a wide range of people over the issues raised in his campaign absence, for example, Troopergate, ethics, websites private, her husband's role in government, and travel expenses for their children.
These are probably the least of your concerns though and while it will some stress, which will deal with them. The greatest stress is likely to be post-dumping campaign. We see 'level employees anonymous McCain' complaints in here. She did not know Africa was a continent. It was at a Republican party-funded shopping. She reduced staff to tears with his attitude and demands. We will never know if it's true or not and, of course, Sarah should not give dignity to these criticisms if they are founded or unfounded.
In my previous article about Sarah I wrote this: She has a strong sense of family and personal values. She has an unshakable faith in God's will and purpose. It is based on the sentence as a way of reducing stress and giving your address. She has the support of a large number of people, not just the first Dude and his sons, but many in Alaska. She has an extraordinary amount of personal ambition and unity. She is a competitor who loves to win and enjoy the challenge of competition.
For a young woman with a strong sense of purpose and strong values, I think she will l handle stress well. No doubt there will be many vultures and other media persons opportunistic that seek to scapegoat for their land and all claims of stress and her bias. In the end, his sense of purpose and willingness to protect their own health and safety and health of his family gave him a stress-resistant shield future criticism and invasions of privacy.
